When you start an online donation, we collect your name, email address, chosen amount and payment reference. We use this information to process your donation, verify payment, provide an acknowledgement and answer payment enquiries. It is not a newsletter subscription.
Flutterwave processes card and supported mobile money payments on its hosted checkout. We send it the donation amount, currency, reference, name and email address. We do not collect or store full card numbers, card security codes or mobile money PINs on this website. Flutterwave handles payment information under its own privacy terms.
Authorized staff can access donation records to reconcile payments and respond to requests. Records may remain necessary for accounting, audit and dispute handling. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion and the retention period that applies to your donation.
For privacy or payment questions, use our Contact Us page or the organization’s published email address. Include your payment reference if available. Never send card details or PINs by email. A donation acknowledgement does not confirm tax deductibility.
