Our History
Since 1987, Mukono Hand in Hand Uganda (HIHU) has stood as a pillar of support for the most vulnerable in our society. What began as a humble initiative has blossomed into a comprehensive support system for children with disabilities and their families.
Organizational Structure
We go beyond traditional education. Our support is grounded in four core pillars: Inclusive Education, Wholistic Health, Community Resilience, and Organizational Governance. Our goal is simple yet profound: to ensure that every child, regardless of their physical or mental challenges, is given the dignity, love, and tools they need to lead an independent and fulfilling life. Your support actively creates this transformation.
