Since 1987, Mukono Hand in Hand Uganda (HIHU) has stood as a pillar of support for the most vulnerable in our society. What began as a humble initiative has blossomed into a comprehensive support system for children with disabilities and their families.
We go beyond traditional education. We provide a holistic environment where medical care, physiotherapy, vocational training, and academic learning converge. Our goal is simple yet profound: to ensure that every child, regardless of their physical or mental challenges, is given the dignity, love, and tools they need to lead an independent and fulfilling life.
