Most of our pupils still finish the year with huge fees balances and lack mandatory requirements to keep them in school simply because they come from humble backgrounds and many parents abandon them at school.
The school is progressing on well with a special needs teaching team of 10 staff one per class and none teaching team of 2 cooks, 2 cleaners, 2 matrons, 1 full time nurse on maternity leave and 1 stand in nurse from February to end of April, 3 security guards and 4 classroom support volunteers.
The school currently has an enrolment of 119 pupils with different disabilities having majority on strong medication hence the parents financial. On average some teachers handle 10 to 20 pupils, which is quite a bigger number compared to the unique challenges our pupils face.
