This vise is not rusted that's a layer or dust from grinding on a piece held on the vise. Price is what it is because I gotta ship. This video shows signs of wear on the jaws where the paint has chipped but jaws are sharp and have no defects or nicks anywhere on the vise. This is the 8inch version. And is the cheapest you'll find anywhere on the Internet. I'm making the price in accordance with shipping cost.
