The Andamooka opal is found in South Australia. The Andamooka opal fields are located in a semi-desert area and are the only place in the world where this type of opal is found.
Metaphysically, Andamooka opals are associated with life altering spiritual energy which removes negativity, reduces anxiety and promotes healing.
Please note: Andamooka opals naturally have microscopic pits on the surface. *Please note - This particular piece has the typical Andamooka surface texture as well as a fine hairline fracture across the center.
